CKNW is is proud to support Kidsport Day 2017! On Friday, September 29th, Triple O’s Restaurants will donate $1 from EVERY combo sold to KidSport BC
From September 10th to 29th Triple O’s guests are encouraged to make a donation to KidSport in restaurant. 20-cents from Triple O’s 20th Anniversary menu items will be donated to KidSport (Original Burger, Veggie Burger, Double Double, Chicken Supreme and classic Milkshakes.
Donations raised for KidSport at Triple O’s Restaurants are used to help kids within the communities where the dollars were raised. 38 Triple O’s across B.C. are involved in the fundraiser and over the past seven years, Triple O’s has raised $254,282 for KidSport BC and helped 635 kids grow their confidence through sports! This year their goal is to raise enough to give the gift of sport to 175 kids – So ALL Kids Can Play!
ABOUT KIDSPORT & HOW THEY HELP LOCAL KIDS IN NEED:
KidSport BC is a not-for-profit organization that provides financial support to families in need, so that kids in local communities across the province can gain the benefits from playing sports, like: physical activity, self-confidence, teamwork and friendship.
Donations go towards sports registration fees for kids ages 18 and under and all donations raised stay within the community. • For approximately every $400 raised, one child in a local BC community gets the chance to play sports for the year.
