On September 9th, 2017 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm the Lower Mainland Down Syndrome Society will be taking over Surrey’s Hawthorne Park which is located at 10513-144th street to bring their community a 2km awareness walk like no other, all in the name of Down syndrome awareness.
The day’s activities will include our special guest Angel from Hugginz By Angel who will lead our warm-up and the walk, Ling-Ling & the Great Marrdini and a Martial Arts Demo by Sirota Academy as well as games, Face Painting and a Concession.
