Lace up your running shoes because the 7th annual Strides for The General is taking place on Saturday, September 16 at Hamilton’s Bayfront Park. Now is the time to register, start training and fundraising in support of Hamilton General Hospital Foundation! You have the power to make a tremendous impact in the lives of patients and staff at Hamilton General Hospital and the Regional Rehabilitation Centre. 5K walk as well as timed 5K and 10K runs, along with a complimentary lunch and live musical entertainment.
