Making the most of apple season

It’s no secret apples are an exceptionally healthy fruit. After all, we’ve all heard the expression, ‘An apple a day keeps the doctor away.’ Dozens of different varieties of apples are grown and harvested in the Okanagan each year by growers of BC Tree Fruits Cooperative. The local growers produce the fruit from their own orchards and farms and BC Tree Fruits promotes, packages and transports the apples to customers.
