Interesting Fact: In Vancouver 2010 she won a silver medal in the 500-metre event on her 20th birthday.

Chances: Heading to Sochi, St. Gelais is Canada’s strongest individual female short track skater and has a strong chance at reaching the podium in the relay event as well as the 500-metre race. She has also greatly improved in the 1000-metre and 1500-metre distances since the last Olympic Games.
