Interesting Fact: During the 2006 Olympics in Turin, Italy, with only a couple of racers left to go, Manuel Osborne-Paradis was sitting in second place in the Super-G event. But the race was cancelled due to heavy snow and dense fog. They were restarted later in the day, where Osborne-Paradis finished 20th.
Chances: Along with Erik Guay and Jan Hudec, Osborne-Paradis rounds out Canada’s top three alpine skiers. He isn’t expected to medal, but has a better chance than most.
