Tue, May 2: With more rain expected in the forecast, several municipalities are dealing with flooding as heavy precipitation and mild temperatures have caused water levels to rise rapidly. Global's Elysia Bryan-Baynes visited the Town of Rigaud, where some residents still can’t go home.
