  RCMP have released better photos of the suspect involved in a hit-and-run collision while fleeing police on Saturday night that took the life of woman and seriously injured a man.

  OPP say the rental company was able to monitor the stolen vehicle's progress. After avoiding a spike belt in Northumberland County, the vehicle was stopped in the Norwood area.
