WHAT DO I NEED TO PICK UP MY PRIZE?
You will need a valid Ontario driver’s license, birth certificate or another official government issued photo I.D. that has your mailing address displayed.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY PRIZE?
Unfortunately not – all winners are required to come in and sign for their prizes as received, and a release of liability for claiming their prize(s).
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY PRIZE?
We hold prizes for a maximum of 30 days unless your prize is concert tickets or event tickets which may expire sooner.
**Prizes not claimed after 30 days will be donated to local charities/community groups.**
SAME PRIZE RULE
Please note that you cannot win the same prize twice.
DID YOU WIN BEAT THE BOX OFFICE CONCERT TICKETS?
We will call you when they come in, we do not always know when this will be. If you have not received a phone call a few days before the show then yes please let us know.
