WINNIPEG – A garage fire spread to a home and damaged two others on Thursday evening, fire and police officials say.
The fire, which started at about 11:30 p.m. at 1650 Alexander Ave. in the Weston area, caused $150,000 damage, police said.

There were people home when the fire started but they all got out safely.
Police said the fire is considered suspicious and is being investigated.
The homes at 1648 and 1652 Alexander were also damaged.
