Watch: Improperly inflated tires could lead to catastrophic crashes
Some new light is being shed on a lesser known driving hazard — something as basic as keeping your car tires properly inflated could save your life.
According to Transport Canada, car accidents caused by improperly inflated tires kill more than 600 people every year across this continent.
Although most new vehicles have built-in sensors that monitor tire pressure, few drivers ever pay attention.
