REGINA – The Northgate Mall has changed hands and the new owners are saying Regina should expect some big announcements about an expansion of the mall and new retailers in the next few months.
This is the first purchase in Saskatchewan for Westgate Properties. The company says it has been eyeing up Regina for a while now because of the city’s great economy and retail market.
