At 6:45, we’ll meet Dr. Bruce Crooks, a pediatric oncologist from the IWK Health Centre who was so inspired by a cancer patient he had, he’s now volunteered to ride his bike across Canada as part of the Sears National Kids Cancer Ride.

As a country, we spend roughly $1.8 billion on pet food every year.  And even though more of us are looking for natural and organic foods, is that what we’re really getting?  Pet blogger Rodney Habib joins us with a lesson on reading the label at 7:15.

At 7:45, we’ll speak to John Wesley Chisholm of Arcadia Entertainment about their recent news and documentary nomination for the film Polar Bears: A Summer Odyssey.
