TORONTO — Actress Penelope Cruz and her husband, actor Javier Bardem, welcomed a baby girl on Monday.

A rep for the stars told Hola that Cruz, 39, gave birth to the couple’s second child at the Ruber International hospital in Madrid.

Cruz and Bardem, who were married in July 2010, have a two-year-old son named Leonardo Encinas.
