A snowboarder was reported missing at Marmot Basin at 8:00 pm on Tuesday, March 22nd. He was last seen on the hill at 1:30 Monday afternoon.
Friends have identified the missing snowboarder as Nathan Scott, 24.
Parks Canada Visitor Safety Specialists has launched a search operation. The search lasted until 1:30 am on Wednesday, and resumed Wednesday morning.
Aerial search, dog and ski patrol are all involved in the search.
