At age 37 he will be amongst the youngest inductees to be honoured with this award, which pays tribute to outstanding individuals who have shaped the vibrant restaurant industry in B.C.

.5 oz Grapefruit Syrup
2 dashes Bitter Truth Creole Bitters
1 grapefruit peel
-combine ingredients with ice and stir thoroughly
-fine strain into a coupe glass
-zest & garnish with grapefruit peel

1.5 oz Maker’s 46 Bourbon
.75 oz Averna Amaro
.5 oz Giffard Abricot de Roussillon
.25 oz Bittered Sling Denman Bitters
-combine ingredients with ice and stir thoroughly
-fine strain into a coupe glass

1.5 oz English Breakfast Tea-infused Long Table Distillery Cucumber Gin
.5 oz Tyrconnel Single Malt Irish Whisky
.5 oz JJ Bean Eastside Espresso-infused Haywire Pinot Noir
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.25 oz Sugar Syrup
-combine ingredients (except for infused wine) with ice and shake
-strain into a rocks glass
-top with ice cubes
-float infused wine
-garnish with cherries
