Ingredients
Potatoes – 4 big
fresh cilantro – 10 stems
cumin seed roasted – half table spoon
Fresh green chillies -1 medium size
bread crumbs -enough to cover
salt – to taste
oil – to fry
cilantro and mint chutney
Siddharthas Tamarind sauce
Raita Dip
Steps
Crush Potatoes in to mash and add above ingredients and mix well , Give them a desired shape ( Square or circular. )
Cover them with Bread crumbs and dip slowly in hot oil and do shallow fry until golden fry.
Serve these warm crispy patties with dips
