Siddhartha’s Cilantro Cumin Gazpacho
Ingredients
Watermelon – Half of small size
Mango – Half size
Tomatoes – 2 medium size
Cucumber – Half
roasted cumin – 2 pinchches
Siddharthas Tamarind – 1 table tea spoon
Mint – 2 leaves
Cilantro – 5 to 8 stems
Salt – to taste
black crushed pepper – pinch of it
Steps
Blend watermelon nicely
chop small dices if above ingredients and drop in water melon bowl
fine chop Mint and cilantro and add salt, cumin & pepper , stir well and then add siddharthas Tamarind and mix properly
place bowl in fridge and serve once it’s cold
