At 6:45, we’ll have a conversation with Pierre Lafontaine, the new CEO of Canadian Interuniversity Sport. He’s developing a new direction for university sport in the country, and he’ll share those plans with us.

We’ll get another history lesson from Old North End blogger Nathaniel Smith.  At 7:15, he’ll introduce us to two churches in our neighbourhood – the Little Dutch Church and St. Patrick’s Church.  They have a long and colourful history – you won’t want to miss it.

At 7:45, we’ll meet mental health advocate and blogger Sara Goguen.  She is sharing her story on her blog Saratonin in an effort to start a conversation about mental health.

Singer, songwriter, paddler and filmmaker Zac Crouse will be in at 8:15 with an update on his latest project, Paddle the Ocean.  His film and soundtrack have just been released.

And we’ll wrap up the show at 8:45 with our weekly visit from Jeremy Webb of Off the Leash.  This week, he tells us about a new play in town called Kill Zone by Heat Theatre, and he’ll introduce us to Two Planks and a Passion Theatre and an upcoming Shakespeare workshop they have planned.
