A street side memorial has been created for the child victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in Newtown, Connecticut. Church bells rang at 9:30 a.m. ET to mark the one-week anniversary of the massacre, and people paused for a moment of silence both at the memorial and in schools across the U.S.
