A 26-year-old Regina man is facing drug charges after police seized meth from a car on Sunday afternoon.
On Sunday, police saw a man wanted on a number of arrest warrants driving a red Pontiac Grand Am. At 4:00 p.m. officers arrested him without incident after he got out of the car in the 700 block of Pasqua Street.
While searching the suspect, police found meth. Police also seized the car and found a larger amount of meth in the car along with cash, pellet guns and drug trafficking paraphernalia.
Twenty-six year-old Nicholas Gregory Kernaz of Regina is facing numerous charges including possession of property obtained by crime and possession of a scheduled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
Kernaz made his first court appearance on Monday morning.
