The Kelowna Fire Department responded to a call at Kelowna General Hospital on Tuesday, but found it was just a false alarm.
The call came in around 9:30 on Tuesday.
Work on an alarm system at the Cottonwoods extended care facility tripped an alarm at the hospital.
Fire crews stood down.
