Stuck in the dark? Find out if there is a power outage with new Manitoba Hydro map

As summer storm season starts to roll into Manitoba, hydro outages are also around the corner.

Manitoba Hydro has started mapping outages across the province. You can now find out the type of outage, how many customers are in the dark and what time it started.

As of Wednesday afternoon there were 31 outages in Manitoba with 419 customers affected.

The website also allows people to report if the power is out where they are.
