One person was taken to hospital on Monday night after a vehicle and a Regina Police cruiser were involved in an accident.
A marked police vehicle with emergency lights activated was travelling westbound in the left lane on Dewdney Avenue when it was struck by a Ford F150 truck heading southbound in the right lane on Albert Street.
One of the five people in the truck was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the Ford F150 was charged for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle using emergency device and/or emergency lights.
