Man reports being shot in the leg to Saskatoon police

Members of the Saskatoon police targeted enforcement unit are investigating a shooting that was reported on Monday.

At around 5 p.m. CT, a 21-year-old man said he was shot in the leg while walking on Preston Avenue. A bystander took him to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police officials said they were unsure where the shooting actually took place.
