The Neverland Ranch, renamed Sycamore Valley Ranch, is being listed for US$67 million — a significant cut from its US$100-million asking price last year.
The 2,700-acre property in Santa Barbara, California, boasts a 12,000-square-foot main residence and 3,700-square-foot pool house. Among the sweet bonus features are a separate building with a 50-seat movie theatre, as well as a dance studio, a firehouse, and a barn.
Here’s the kicker: the property also homes a “Disney-style” train station!

Jackson first encountered the ranch when he visited Paul McCartney, who was staying their while filming the duo’s Say Say Say music video in 1983.
It previously featured an amusement park, complete with Ferris wheel, roller coaster and bumper cars. These rides were removed after the ranch temporarily fell into disrepair.
