As the Ontario Liberals are set to deliver their plan to cut hydro prices in the province Thursday, NDP Leader Andrea Horwath will be in London to talk hydro.
Earlier this week, the New Democrats released their plan to lower hydro bills for Ontarians by up to 30 per cent.
The NDP said Monday that electricity bills in Ontario could be cut by ending mandatory time-of-use pricing, reducing the delivery charge for rural customers and renegotiating power contracts.

Appearing on the Craig Needles Show, Horwath said she also wants to end the sale of Hydro One.
“Buying back Hydro One is definitely top of the list,” said Horwath.
“Look, 80 per cent of the people of Ontario didn’t want the Liberals to sell off Hydro One, so we will use the dividends that we get from Hydro One to buy back the shares, and that is not going to affect the rates at all.”
Horwath, who has already visited Sarnia and Chatham, will be at Sutherland’s Furniture on Dundas Street at 10 a.m. Thursday. She will be joined by local MPPs Teresa Armstrong and Peggy Sattler.
