A 74-year-old woman from Malakwa was killed in a collision on the Trans Canada Highway near Sicamous.
Emergency crews were called to a two-vehicle crash on Highway 1 at around 5 p.m. on Saturday.

An eastbound Dodge Caravan crossed the centre line and collided with a westbound Subaru Forester.
The 29-year-old woman in the Subaru Forester was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Members of the Trans Canada East Traffic Services unit continue to investigate the cause of the collision and are assisting the BC Coroners Service.
