Firefighters battled a house fire in Delta Sunday afternoon.
Crews were called out mid-afternoon to the blaze in the 9500-block of 119 Street after the home became engulfed in flames and smoke.
A witness from the scene said multiple people were inside but had been taken to safety.
Delta Fire is investigating the cause of the fire but it’s believed to have started in the garage.
