KELOWNA — Investigators are treating the cause of a structure fire in Kelowna as suspicious.
The fire occurred outside a garage at an abandoned property on Pacific Avenue — off Gordon Drive.
“On arrival we found smoke and flames coming from the garage. It appears there could have been squatters involved,” Platoon Captain Kelly Stephens said.
Stephen says there was no electricity to the building and the flames were contained to the structure.
There were no injuries.
