Dangerous driving and resisting arrest charges were laid Monday evening after reports of erratic driving south of Edmonton.
Leduc RCMP were called around 6:20 p.m. to Highway 2. Mounties said the vehicle involved was travelling on three wheels and had been involved in a number of dangerous traffic safety offences.
Beaumont RCMP found the vehicle east of Nisku, in a ditch near Range Road 244.
Mounties and the Alberta Sheriffs took the driver into custody after a brief struggle, and charges were laid. No one was injured.
RCMP wanted to remind drivers to call 911 if they witness a possibly impaired or dangerous driver.
