RCMP Major Crimes Unit is investigating after a man was found dead in a rural area north of Swift Current.
Police said at around 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Swift Current Rural RCMP were told there was an unresponsive man in a rural area north of the city and east of Highway 4.
EMS also came to the scene and the man was pronounced dead.

The RCMP Forensic Identification Section and the Office of the Chief Coroner are also taking part in the investigation.
Police have not released any other information.
