Several charges that include impaired driving have been laid against an Edmonton man who was kicked out of a Jasper, Alberta bar and was later involved in a police chase.
RCMP said the 24-year-old suspect and his buddy were booted out on Wednesday for being drunk and bothering other customers.

Police tried to pull over their vehicle soon after but the pair sped off and eventually hit a dead-end before unsuccessfully trying to flee on foot.
The friend, who is from the Edmonton area, is charged with obstructing a peace officer.
They’ll be in a Jasper courtroom in January.
