One of the 11 women who have accused Donald Trump of sexual misconduct has spoken out after the presidential candidate threatened to sue over the allegations.
Jill Harth originally filed a lawsuit against Trump in 1997 after she claims he held her up against a wall in his daughter Ivanka’s bedroom during a tour of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago, Florida estate. The lawsuit claims Trump groped her and forcibly kissed her before she was able to escape from the room. Harth also said Trump continued to harass her following the alleged attack.

Harth claims the lawsuit was settled and remained quiet because she “considered the matter resolved.”
However, Harth says she decided to come forward, joining the other women accusing Trump of sexual misconduct, “only when he called me a liar.”
At a rally in Pennsylvania Saturday, Trump again denied the allegations.
“Every one of these liars will be sued once the election is over,” Trump said, adding, “I look so forward to doing that.”
That threat coupled with being called a liar again prompted Harth to release a statement and threaten legal action of her own.
“Trump calling me a liar again yesterday only strengthens my resolve to speak the truth about what he did to me,” Harth wrote.
“If he sues me, I know that truth is an absolute defense, and I will counter sue for the emotional hurt and lost income his attacks have caused me.”

Harth’s attorney, Jill Bloom, agreed to take on the matter should Trump follow up on his threat of suing his accusers.
“I would take the deposition of Trump and all of his enablers, and subpoena his business and personal records as well as any recordings that may exist in which he brags about sexual assault,” Bloom wrote.
“I reject Donald Trump’s effort to intimidate and silence women.”
