Weather forecast update at 4pm:
A series of systems will start to move inland by Thursday morning.
An upper low over the Pacific will usher one system after another into Southern BC.
Expect periods of rain Thursday morning, with a brief break in the afternoon, before more rain for Friday morning.
Freezing levels will be between 1800 and 2300m over the next several days, and wet snow will be possible at highway summits.
Thursday’s daytime high range: 7 to 12C
