An owner of a Toronto-based food chain says his staff will undergo sensitivity training after an employee posted a photo on social media with a caption alluding to Donald Trump’s vulgar comments in a recently released video.

The picture of a taco was posted on La Carnita’s Instagram with the caption, “What if Donald said, “Grab her by the taco”… #LCeverywhere #tacotuesday.”

The post comes after The Washington Post released a video on Saturday from 2005, in which Trump made lewd comments about woman.

“You know I’m automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star they let you do it,” Trump can be heard saying, followed by the comment, “Grab them by the p—y.”

The caption caused a social media backlash.

“I feel really poorly that we made anyone feel bad and we’re going to be making adjustments so that doesn’t happen again because it’s not right,” Andrew Richmond, an owner and partner of La Carnita, told Global News Wednesday.

He said the company pulled the post down shortly after once its head of human resources saw the post.

“We’ll be making a lot of adjustments so that something like this happens again because I don’t think it really does represent our brand.”

Some of those adjustments include implementing sensitivity training for managerial staff and using a social media calendar to plan their messages and allow posts to be vetted. Up until Tuesday, the social media posts were run independently.

Richmond also said the organization will be donating a portion of their proceeds over the next few Tuesday to a women’s charity.
