Residents will be able to sign the truck in exchange for a ten dollar donation.

The pink engine will be at various events throughout October including Woman’s World, the Ladies Optimist Gala and Breast Health Comedy Night.

“This truck will symbolize the firefighting fight, but also the fight against cancer. It’s going to garner a lot of attention and that’s what we’re hoping for,” Saskatoon firefighter Jay Protz said.
