KAWARTHA LAKES, Ont. — Two Ontario men are facing charges after allegedly stealing marijuana from a legal grow operation.
Durham regional police say a resident of the Kawartha Lakes, Ont., region – who has a licence to grow medical marijuana – noticed a man taking pot from his garden early Thursday.
They say the man scared off the suspects, who fled in a waiting vehicle, and provided Ontario Provincial Police with the licence plate number.
