Goaltender Carey Price to play first game in nearly 10 months on Friday

Star goalie Carey Price will start Canada’s first World Cup of Hockey exhibition game on Friday in Columbus against the United States.

It will be the first game for the 29-year-old netminder in nearly 10 months.

Price missed almost all of last season with the Montreal Canadiens due to a right knee injury.

He last played competitively on Nov. 25 when he was hurt against the New York Rangers.
