Redcliff RCMP responded to a single-vehicle rollover just before 2 p.m. on Monday on Township Road 114, in Cypress County.
Police said a 62-year-old woman drove the car into a ditch, where the vehicle then rolled. She succumbed to her injuries at the scene.

One male passenger was taken by ambulance to hospital for treatment and remained there overnight.
Alcohol and drugs are not suspected to be factors in the rollover. No charges are pending.
RCMP will not be releasing the names of the people involved.
