TORONTO – A 49-year-old woman has been arrested and charged in connection with Toronto’s 40th homicide of the year.
Police say Stephen Russell was stabbed last Friday night in the Church St. and Charles St. East area.

The 59-year-old man was later pronounced dead in hospital.
Police say Kitten Keyes was arrested on Monday and has been charged with second-degree murder.
She is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday morning.
