A three-year-old has been transferred to a Winnipeg hospital after a near drowning in western Manitoba.
Police said the child was pulled from a pool at Elkhorn Resort, in Riding Mountain National Park, around 5:30 pm Thursday.

She was reportedly breathing and conscious after CPR was conducted pool side.
STARS said the toddler was then transported to Minnedosa by ground ambulance, and the helicopter flew the patient to the Children’s Hospital in Winnipeg.
