NIAGARA FALLS, Ont. – Police say a man has been charged after two failed kidnapping attempts in Niagara Falls, Ont.

They say one of the attempts happened at about 7:30 a.m. Sunday near Niagara’s tourist hub.

Investigators say a woman was walking through a parking lot on her way to work at a hotel when a man got out of an SUV, grabbed her from behind in a “bear hug”, and told her to get in his car.
