The charges, which relate to a proposed project in Crowsnest Pass, are alleged to have occurred at the Bridgecreek Development Corporation between 2006 and 2007.

William Lloyd Bradley, 68, and Colin Joseph Becker, 49, have been jointly charged with committing fraud and theft. Bradley and Becker were officers and directors of Bridgecreek Development Corporation at the time of the offences.
