Two teenage hikers are safe this morning after getting lost on Mount Seymour.

It is the second time North Shore Search and Rescue has been called out to assist lost hikers in less than 24 hours.

The two teenagers were hiking Brockton Point Sunday night when they got lost.

They were found in Suicide Gully, shaken up but otherwise fine.

Another hiker from Seattle was also rescued Sunday on Hollyburn Mountain.

Rescue crews want to remind the public about the importance of being prepared before going for a hike.
