A second man has been arrested and charged in the shooting death of a woman earlier this month, which was ruled Edmonton’s 20th homicide of 2016.
Brian Joseph Boysis, 34, was wanted in connection to the murder of Sabrina Papin.

Police issued an Alberta-wide warrant for him on May 6, saying he had ties to the Calgary area. On Monday, RCMP arrested Boysis on the Siksika First Nation in southern Alberta.
Boysis faces eight charges: second-degree murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault, use of a firearm while committing an offence, unauthorized possession of a firearm, robbery with a prohibited/restricted firearm and possession firearm while prohibited (x 2).
Sabrina Papin, 27, died after she was admitted to an Edmonton hospital with a gunshot wound on May 3. A 31-year-old man also sustained a gunshot wound.
Police would not say where the pair sustained their injuries, or which hospital they went to.
Earlier this month, Chad Neville Boysis, 29, was charged with a list of offences, including second-degree murder, attempted murder and aggravated assault.

At this point it’s not clear how or if the men are related.
