WINNIPEG – Police suspect a fire that started in a vehicle on the 100 block of McPhail Street was arson.
Fire crews battled the blaze which spread to the garage of the residence at around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.

One suspect is in custody and police are still investigating. No word yet on how much damage was caused.
There have been more than 11 incidents of arson in the first three days of May.
