REGINA – First, he was dismissed as the NDP’s campaign manager during the recent provincial election, and now Frank Quennell is stepping down as the party’s provincial secretary.

Quennell has been the provincial secretary, more commonly referred to as the CEO, since April 2013.

Party president Theresa Sabourin says this was a mutual decision between Quennell and the party.

“No specific event led to this, but after an election campaign it’s not uncommon to have turnover in leadership and staff,” she said.
