Shackleton, who was a passenger of the ATV, was thrown into the creek just after 6 p.m. Saturday.

There was still no sign him after a major ground and air search by Penticton Search and Rescue and the RCMP over the weekend.

The driver was released from police custody with no charges.

Investigators are still looking into if alcohol consumption may have been a factor in the accident.
