Heavy fighting continued across rebel-held suburbs of the Syrian capital, Damascus, on Sunday.
Opposition activists reported Syrian army helicopters dropped around 10 barrel bombs on the town of Daraya on Saturday.
Footage obtained by the Associated Press from the activist media group, Darayya Media Center, showed a helicopter dropping bombs over already devastated areas on Saturday.
There was no immediate word on casualties.
Meanwhile, activists and an aid group say a makeshift clinic, a children’s hospital and a school have all been hit with attacks in northern Syria.
Doctors Without Borders says a clinic it supports was hit, leaving seven people dead and eight of its staff members missing.
